SL 30, a new concept of Pomati professional tempering machine, has a tank capacity of 30 kg and features structures in recycled food-grade AISI 304 stainless steel. The heating in the tank is managed through latest generation residences that simulate bain-marie heating, this allows obtaining a homogeneous melting of the chocolate avoiding damaging the raw material by working with temperatures that are too high. SL30 is equipped, like all SL tempering machines, with a heated vibrating table.
